Ashley Caldwell

Organizing Director

Ashley is currently an Organizing Director managing staff in Arizona and Pennsylvania, throughout her time with 360 she has led campaigns in Tennessee, Virginia, Iowa, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. Ashley got her start organizing in 2014 when she began working on a campaign for police oversight with the Mid-South Peace and Justice Center in Memphis, TN. For the last 6 years Ashley has mainly organized in the areas of Criminal Justice Reform, Black Liberation, Reproductive Rights, and facilitated Anti-Oppression and Organizing Skills trainings. Ashley graduated from the University of Memphis with degrees in Political Science and French. In her spare time if she isn't on a beach she is probably snuggling with her black cat watching horror movies or Harry Potter.
