About 360 Campaign Consulting:
360 Campaign Consulting is a political consulting firm specializing in field. We partner with good groups doing great things. We have worked with groups like NRDC Action Fund, EDF Action, State Voices, Climate Reality Project, National School Walkout, League of Conservation Voters, Population Connection Action Fund, and Campaign Legal Center. We are currently recruiting an organizer to work with one of our clients on a campaign to address poverty.
General Overview: The Campaign Organizer will organize events to generate media and public attention on the issue. The organizer will recruit volunteers and storytellers to work with various constituencies to demonstrate support for the issue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize 3 large events in key locations across your region,
Birddog Presidential candidates on the campaign trail,
Develop a list of key speakers and secure their participation, prepare them for the event,
Secure locations for events,
Work with coalition partners,
Coordinate with the client’s media consultant to develop a media engagement plan for the event and then execute that plan,
Recruit members of different constituencies to support the campaign through actions such as letter writing and testimonials
Track and report campaign metrics and narratives; and,
Other duties as assigned.
Experience in field and campaign organizing
Some leadership experience strongly preferred
Excitement for/experience with working with elected officials, business leaders, coalition partners, and the media
Passion for progressive issues
Event management experience,
Experience generating earned media
Good communication skills – good writer and public speaker
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Ability to travel
Manchester, New Hampshire and Las Vegas, Nevada
Salary & Benefits
$800-$1000/week, Commensurate with experience.
Fully paid health care after three months on staff
