Partner Manager - Voter Registration Quality Control

Various locations

About the project

360 Campaign Consulting is excited to be helping a nationwide coalition of organizations run a voter registration drive targeting people of color to expand the electorate and make sure all voices are heard. Our role is running the quality control operation, which means the stakes are high and we need great people on the team.

The Partner Manager is a liaison between the 360 Campaign Consulting quality control operation and the partner groups registering voters on the ground. You’ll dig into the data and create reports to help folks in the field improve their voter registration program. This position is remote (anywhere in the U.S.) but you must be willing and able to work with groups in all US time zones, regardless of where you live.

This position is through end of October 2020.

  • Work with partner groups and state tables to develop and implement robust quality control systems and processes for voter registration drives

  • Work with Quality Control Office Director and part-time quality control staff to identify potential problems and relay that information to partner groups

  • Analyze data and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key quality control metrics for partner groups

  • Participate in regular conference calls and individual phone calls with partner groups to review the results of quality control data and troubleshoot any issues

  • Personally do at least one shift per week of quality control calling and visual reviews

This job may be for you if you:

  • Care a lot about civic engagement, particularly among communities of color

  • Could spend hours digging into data to identify trends and anomalies

  • Are aggressively helpful and love getting organizers the tools they need to do good work

  • Have some healthy paranoia and are always anticipating a crisis (also, you’re level-headed in a crisis)

  • Communicate extremely well, in writing and over the phone – you can explain complex problems and patiently help people solve them

  • Are able to work long hours occasionally, including some evenings and weekends

  • LOVE a good spreadsheet

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Sheets (can create reports from large data sets quickly)

  • Experience in community organizing, field campaigns or political data management

  • Experience building alliances and working closely with diverse organizations, especially organizations rooted in communities of color

  • Extremely detail-oriented and excellent at navigating complex systems

This is a salaried position with a range of $55,000-$67,000, depending on experience. We offer benefits including fully paid health care, vacation and sick days.
