Juana's career covers 16 years of experience spanning across politics, government and corporate America. Prior to joining 360 Campaign Consulting, she served 3 years as a Jurisdiction Manager and later In House Counsel on the NY Regulatory team for National Grid, a multinational utility company. Her career started as an organizer with America Coming Together in Nevada in 2004 and later covered campaigning on state and federal electoral races, including President Barack Obama's reelection campaign in 2012. A believer of creating access to opportunities for people normally shut out of the room, Juana is also a life and career development coach. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, fitness and touring the world on the soca carnival circuit.
