Neisha Jones

Neisha has 15+ years of experience in Human Resources and resides in Anchorage, Alaska. Throughout her career she has done EEO and EDI work where she has consulted on strategy, program development and implementation for individuals, organizations and social enterprises. She is passionate about providing solutions that achieve measurable outcomes and build sustainable change. Neisha is a trainer with the Alaska Resilience Initiative educating on trauma informed care throughout her state. In her recreational time you can find her volunteering with community advocacy groups and gardening with her daughter.
